There will be no meeting in January. Our next EAA 5 Chapter Meeting is scheduled for February 17, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. with PIZZA being provided at 6:30 p.m. (Go Andy!)

Mini-Junkyard War event

We will divide those interested in participating into two teams. Teams will construct an aviation related thingy (can’t tell you until that night) and have them compete against each other. We will allow one hour for build time and another half hour for competition. All supplies will be provided. More info as the date draws year. Think GoodYear! Should be fun!

PROJECT DAY JANUARY 25, 2003

Ken Wagner has graciously volunteered to have a member project day on Saturday, January 25, 2003 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at his house in Chardon. He is currently building a skyraider ultralight. Address is 158 Pine Hollow Circle, Chardon.

If you have not yet paid your dues, they are OVERDUE. Clair, Tom and Martell have worked together to send out self-addressed envelopes to return your 2003 dues. Please return these envelopes (with your $25, of course), as soon as possible. We need your continued support.

BATHROOM SCHEDULE

In compliance with our lease agreement, we need to keep the public bathroom clean. We need all members to share in this activity. It should work out to be a paltry once a year for all members. Wayne is putting out a cleaning schedule via e-mail. Please help us keep this area clean.
